 CHP's plan for a return to the parliamentary system
Replying to Cumhuriyet's questions, CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu said that he had conducted a study into which principles relating to constitutional amendment the parties constituting the Nation Alliance could agree on. Kılıçdaroğlu said that those conducting this study had been headed by Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kaboğlu. |
